Week 5
This week, I enjoyed examining post-colonial developements in Paris, and its effects on the city's artistic and cultural expansion. This is most recognizable in the beautiful paintings and architecture I studied. I also had the opportunity to visit the Cite De La Musique. (I had a blast!!!...So many instruments, and such rich history behind it.)

Grand Mosque of Paris
As a Christian woman, visiting the Grand Mosque of Paris was such an enlightening experience. I believe it is extremely important to understand the different religous practices of today's society. With increased knowledge, we can avoid believing the stereo-types that are often portrayed in the media. I had an awesome time!
